Clinical approach

How the work is practiced

Integrative psychotherapy

Relational, systems-oriented, experiential, and trauma-focused approaches, selected according to need.

EMDR

Integrated when clinically appropriate to process traumatic memories, attachment injuries, and distressing beliefs.

Contextual formulation

Symptoms are considered alongside relationships, identity, culture, caregiving, and material conditions.

Pace

Insight is not treated as an obligation to act.

Pace is informed by safety, nervous-system capacity, available support, caregiving, and consequence.

An organizing lens

The Sovereign Passage

How the framework may organize treatment

Understand

Clarify what is happening, what remains active, and what conditions are shaping the present.

Process

Work with trauma, grief, attachment, relational patterns, and the meanings carried in the body and in relationship.

Build

Strengthen the capacities, supports, boundaries, and practical conditions required for sustainable change.

Founder-developed. Not a diagnostic instrument or a separately validated psychotherapy protocol.
